Terms of Service

This document is a public offer — a proposal to enter into an agreement for access to digital games on the terms set out below. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms
1. Parties
Seller — FELISIA GAMES
Buyer — a legally capable person aged 18 or over who has paid for access to a game
2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller grants the Buyer access to digital games from the FELISIA GAMES catalog. The list of games, their descriptions and prices are published on the site
Each game is purchased separately. Paying for one game does not grant access to the other games in the catalog
Access is granted to the Buyer’s account indefinitely: it does not expire, does not require renewal and does not depend on how often the Buyer opens the game. No physical medium is supplied
“Indefinitely” means for as long as the site operates: the Seller does not limit or revoke paid access on its own initiative. Should the site cease to operate, Buyers will be notified in advance
3. Price and payment
The price of access to each game is shown on its purchase page and may differ between games
Payment is one-time: no subscription is created and no recurring charges are made
Payment is made by bank card. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not passed to the Seller
4. Performance of obligations
All content of the purchased game opens automatically immediately after payment is confirmed
From that moment the Seller’s obligations in respect of that game are deemed fully performed
5. Refunds
A game is digital content and is delivered in full immediately after payment, therefore refunds are not available
Where a game offers free material, that material is available before purchase so the content can be assessed in advance
6. Updates and new games
New questions, categories and add-ons released for a game already paid for are provided at no additional cost
New games added to the catalog are separate products and are purchased separately
7. User content
By publishing a story the Buyer confirms that they are entitled to publish it and permits it to be posted on the site
Stories are moderated. The Seller may reject or remove a story that breaks the law or contains personal data of third parties
8. Age restriction
The games are intended for persons over 18 and contain adult material
9. Changes to the terms
The Seller may amend these terms. Amendments do not apply to access paid for before they were published
